To start off, the location of this hotel is wonderful. Right in downtown in an area full of restaurants and shops. Check in and check out was extremely easy with clear instructions. The staff is absolutely fantastic and extremely responsive! There was a gentleman cleaning and every time he saw us (which was a lot haha) he made sure to say good morning or good evening! While checking out, we went to take the garbage out and there was a staff member in the elevator. We got off the elevator at the floor the garbage is on and the wonderful lady held the elevator door for us until we were back from throwing the trash away. Overall a wonderful experience I would absolutely recommend!

Nice place to stay. I am here only for 2 nights but they have a closet, dressers and shoe racks, which can definitely suit a longer stay. I did not complete the check in process in advance, which is totally my fault but the customer service was helpful and efficient in solving the problem.

We took a 2 bedroom apartment... First of all well organised way of approach by the owner. Rooms were clean, well maintained and spacious. Would highly recommend for family or any individual. Also quite accessible to all places since it's in prime location. Thank you 'Stay Pittsburgh'.

Highly recommend. Good location within walking distance from PPG and PNC. Tons of restaurants and affordable parking everywhere. $8 if you’re good with a 15-20 min walk in a lot but garages everywhere. The rooms/apartments are in great shape with full kitchen, dining/living area, with good size bathrooms. Communication with staff was excellent and will be using this again.

Spacious apartment, clean, cable TV, kitchen, microwave, Keurig coffee, comfortable beds. Very good communication with hosts. Downtown location close to much pricier hotels, especially if it shows up on third-party site. In any case, very good deal, very pleasant stay, and I would look for "Stay" locations in other cities if they exist.

The room was priced lower than all others around and was nice. Had everything you would need for a short stay. The building was quiet and clean. Lots of easy communication through text. They didnt give us the correct door code but we were able to call and get ahold of someone quickly at 9pm. We parked in the parking garage on the next block and it was $25 a night. They should've clarified which level to park on. But again, they answered us quickly to let us know when we messaged them.

This was our first time staying downtown and sleeping comfortably for my family was important. The space was so cleaning and cozy. The host responds quickly to questions. The location is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping stores. We will definitely book for future stays

The ease of the entire process and the clarity and follow up throughout the entire registration, check in and check out process was top notch. The property was clean and provided us with all of our needs. It was great having access to a kitchen area, something that is not common during regular hotel stays. I will definitely seek out similar properties during travel to other areas . As a side note, I left my phone charger behind in the property. I realized it quickly and sent a text to the property manager (who had corresponded with me several times via text throughout my stay). She immediately went to where I was staying, found the charger, and ran it out to the front door of the property where I was waiting. A truly wonderful experience staying there.

I think the location is great, you can't beat the price and the hosts are amazing. I've staying in this building twice and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Next time you visit Pittsburgh, you should give this place a try. Parking is across the street, the proximity to downtown is great. Its the best value stay and I travel alot.

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was clean and well taken care of. We felt safe the whole time we were there. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The host was awesome at getting us all the information we needed ahead of time.
